Anushka was to play the female lead in Raviteja‘s next film Veera, but she is said to have opted out because of date problems. She has been replaced by Kajal Agarwal as the heroine.
The film is being produced by Ganesh Indukuri under the banner of Tolly 2 Holly Films and directed by Ramesh Varma of Ride fame. Dialogues for the film have been written by Parachuri Brothers. Music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
